Ben joined Bay Law Office in 2025 as a Law Graduate and now works as a Solicitor in Craig Nelson's team.
Ben works across a range of practice areas, including forestry and climate change, corporate and commercial law, and general legal matters. In the forestry and climate change space, this includes forest investment, management and operational arrangements, carbon forestry under the Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) and voluntary carbon markets, and forest acquisitions and sales, including leases and forestry rights. Across his corporate and commercial work, Ben assists with contract drafting and review, transactions and a range of commercial matters for clients operating across different sectors.
